Then I watched the customer service person put my pretzel back on the rack and grab a fresh one. No response just stared backed! Could have easily brought it to me as there were no other customers! My husband went and asked for new food and over heard them talking about me. When I said, 'I've been staring at you since I ordered! You could have waved at any point to tell me it's done'. Had been for awhile and was ICE cold! No wave to say it's done. Finally walked the 20 feet to ask if my food was ready. Waited 25 mins making heavy eye contact with the person who placed the order. Neighboring table said they brought out their food. The waterpark cafe is a joke! $22 for fries,hot dog and pretzel. He doesnt like the tubes so just ended up walking next time him. Great for my 5 year old who can just barely touch w his float on but not as a parent who has to float around w a 1 yr old. The lazy river was only 3 ft deep which was kind of disappointing. The waterpark is much smaller than the pictures make it seem.
We're use to going to Zhenders Splah Village.
Couldnt beat the rate we got but you get what you pay for I guess.
